Terms for using Orbnex Connect.

These terms describe the rules for using Orbnex Connect, including cross-connect documentation, circuit lifecycle records, LOA/CFA document workflows, power/RPP planning, migration workflows, imports, exports, CRM-ready data handoffs, and related platform services. These terms are intended for normal self-service use. If you sign a separate written agreement with Orbnex, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Platform purpose

Orbnex Connect helps customers document connectivity assets, track provider handoffs, manage circuit and RPP/power planning records, map CRM fields, and prepare operational workflows. The platform supports documentation and coordination; it does not replace engineering approval, facility approval, safety procedures, or customer contract obligations.

Who may use the service

You may use Orbnex Connect only if you are authorized to act for the company, team, or workspace you create or join. You must provide accurate account, billing, and workspace information and keep it current.

Accounts and workspace data

Customer data and permissions

You retain ownership of the circuit, provider, facility, CRM, power/RPP, document, migration, and operational data you submit to your workspace. You grant Orbnex permission to host, process, secure, back up, display, export, and transmit that data only as needed to provide and support the service, operate integrations you choose, enforce these terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid access is processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, billing cycles, plan changes, cancellation handling, taxes, failed-payment handling, and receipts may be managed through Stripe checkout or customer portal flows. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are charged in advance and access to paid workspace features requires an active subscription.

Acceptable use

Operational responsibility

Orbnex Connect provides workflow and documentation tools. Customers remain responsible for facility rules, change management, power and circuit approvals, contracts, safety requirements, regulatory duties, procurement decisions, and final operational actions.

Documents, exports, and templates

LOA/CFA generation, CSV exports, spreadsheet-ready files, audit exports, migration reports, and power/RPP templates are provided as workflow aids. Review all generated documents and exported data before using them for provider submissions, customer commitments, facility changes, engineering decisions, billing, compliance reporting, or operational work.

Third-party services and integrations

Orbnex Connect may connect to third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, support chat, CRM systems, ticketing tools, DCIM systems, API endpoints, and customer-selected webhooks. Those services may have their own terms, security controls, limits, and availability. You are responsible for authorizing integrations and confirming that any connected third-party account may share data with Orbnex Connect.

Security and availability

Orbnex works to protect the service with authentication, workspace isolation, access controls, monitoring, and secure infrastructure practices. No internet service can be guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune from every security event. You should keep your own backups of critical exports and use your own change-management controls for production infrastructure work.

Product changes and beta features

Orbnex Connect is an evolving SaaS product. Features may be added, improved, renamed, limited, or removed as the platform develops. Some integrations, dashboards, imports, AI-assisted workflows, and enterprise features may be offered as beta, preview, or upon-request features and may require additional configuration before production use.

Intellectual property

Orbnex owns the Orbnex Connect software, design, workflows, templates, documentation, brand, and product materials, except for customer data and third-party materials. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service from the platform except as allowed by a written agreement with Orbnex.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent allowed by law, Orbnex Connect is provided without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Orbnex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply.

Suspension and termination

Orbnex may suspend or terminate access if required by law, if payment fails, if these terms are violated, or if use of the service creates security, operational, legal, or abuse risk. You may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting Orbnex support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or business operations change. When we make material updates, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice through the site, email, or the customer portal.
